Well you are 100% correct that the wounds are self inflicted. I can understand the CEO wanting to be a 1 man show. You see that mistake in many OTC stocks. Sometimes it is because the CEO can be a genius inventor but the businessman from hell. Other times it is because the CEO has no intention of being a business man. That is the impossible question to answer.
Actions speak louder then words. I can only put myself in the CEOs shoes and ask what I would do.
I can guarantee that If I was the CEO here we would go bankrupt. I would be stupid enough to let my shareholders in on every move I made. I would not be able to dilute because the shareholders would know it was coming and sell before it. When it came time to dilute there would be a vote just like there is supposed to be.

That is the problem with all public traded companies. You have a choice. You either let the shareholders run the company or you keep them in the dark and do what you have to do.
Letting the shareholders run it is asking to go under. And keeping them in the dark makes them distrustful. I would have a hard time with hat. That is why if I wanted to run a public company I would wait till my invention was making money and RM into one.
The share holders would then have something besides my PRs to judge the company on.

Is our CEO a business man? I would say no due to the past history. Can he hand over control to someone who knows better then him? We will see.
I am watching this and should it break .0005 I might take a chance on the momo but I would exit at a 1 tick loss if it went the other way. I would not hold this till the company makes a solid move we can see and not just a LoI or some such "soon to be" million dollar deal.

I have to admit this board is a pleasant change from most. It doesn't seem to offend many people if you want to actually discuss the bad along with the good.
I wish luck to you all and will join you on a day when the volume and price suggest a run. I think I would rather miss the boat by a little then be early to the titanic.
