No one can accuse ASYI of issuing fluffy forward looking prs, they dont issue ANY NEWS, looks to me like they are serious about this mega merger, hired the best legal team that is PRAISED by the SEC, spent 76,000 on the CPAs to remain current with their filings, not indicative of a scamco.
