I couldn't think of a better waste of time than a public debate. Why? Here are the reasons!

1) This is a penny stock. NO ONE and I repeat NO ONE cares if the company makes $ 1 or $1 Million a year as long as the PPS goes north and people can make money easily
2) Even if the result of the debate is that Eric underperformed, the shareholders have ZERO voting rights to oust him and pick a new CEO. This is NOT YAHOO SO WAKE UP!
3) I would rather the CEO spend this valuable time talking to that 'bank' he mentioned in his last audio and beg them to approve his financing so the company can go on functioning at least till the end of the year
4) After 6 years in Business and 4 billion shares diluted, we sit at 0.0001 and $600K in revenues.....you still need a debate???

Grow up people and get a job if you don't have one. Leave the CEO alone to make a bigger mess or fix it!
