I can see you are not shy about sharing your opinions. A learned, well-researched thought-out opinion IS welcomed in these parts, honestly.
I will not challenge the facts as you have presented them. What I will ask of you, though, is if your opinion would differ in any way if you knew that just about all of the 1/2 billion shares you mention have exchanged hands based almost entirely on what those who follow Tivus very, very closely have been able to deduce about the company.
Many of us are long here not because of how the volume has moved or because of this key indicator or that. It is because the things we do know and/or can reasonably figure out about Tivus tells us this is smart play.
Surely you must do something similar yourself when assessing whether or not to take up a position on a particular stock. You look at the big picture, all you can learn, DD,...not just charts.
Maybe this is what needs to be factored in here. It has been quite a long time since the company has seen fit to share much official information, presented as such in an appropriate way. We know, beyond a shadow of doubt that when this behavior begins to exhibit itself, things will be very different around here and there will be few baggers to talk with.
