I can totally understand the want... It's called greed. Sad that it came to that, Bob could have found other investors or gone a different route. He chose greed and breaking the law instead. Do I feel bad for him? No, cause he mislead the shareholders. Don't you see? Sure, he wanted to raise money for the company, but at the EXPENSE OF THE SHAREHOLDERS! Artificially raising share price devalues your investment in the long run. Might as well buy a fund with garbage mortgages.
