Anytime Tights. The other interesting fact is that Mr Huan from reading his profile, seems to be a high level responsible man both in the provincial government of Jilin (where Huachen is located) and in business circles in addition to being the largest shareholder and chairman of BFAR. The 10-k's will come it's just a matter of time and my gut feeling is that it won't be too much longer.
