There is no truth, no value, no evidence, no nothing, in the following statement:

yep there's the reason the Nethers wants this trading again ...millions of shares throu the back door..



The public entity was sold over 4 years ago, principles resigned and went about their business. That is how this works. Just because someone wants to make good people out to be the bad guys, does not make it so.

The SEC fully investigated. Those culpable are being punished.
