Not the wood frog cultivation company but Tonghua Huachen Pharmaceutical.The sense I get is that Huachen Pharmaceutical is the largest operating subsidiary of BFAR.
All the numbers for BFAR lead to Huachen Pharmaceutical which in turn acquired the wood frog cultivation company (Tianbao).

Mind you Mr. Han was the chairman of the Huachen Pharmaceutical prior to being appointed chairman of BFAR. BFAR and Huachen are synonymous and Huachen is definitely still in business.
