Yes, "Kimi Royer" was last accessible via Yahoo at that very name and was forming an exclusive group of shareholders to engage in some type of a private venture involving BIHC board posters.

More important question of the day is how yesterday's hearing went. Will shareholders recover the money the SEC claimed in their charges was "wired out" to the various places that sold the fraudulent shares?
