I was in attendance @ the mtg and can confirm his comments. Raising capital was not even the slightest issue. As a matter of fact I know checks are still coming in.

Baltia has a ton of experienced professionals working behind the scenes to make this a success. This is a fact...the next few months will be exciting to say the least.
