ABRI - great example to point out why NOT.
1) it's PowerIndex© is only a 6 .. for the Month of October.
Is that all you want .. a chance to make 6% in the whole month !!?!!
2) when you look at its Heat-Map, you see that prior to the year 2000, there are lots of double digit gain months in there and EVERY October is green ... so why a PowerIndex© of only '6' ... because since 2000, all single digit gains and NOT all green.
Our PowerGraphs© tool filters and weights the months for quality, repeatability, and strength ...
ABRI is not strong in October any more, although it is pretty consistently above zero.
If you dig deeper and look at the Weekly Heat-Map, you see that it is usually just one week in the month that makes October positive.
The bottom line is that the PowerScan© will find much better plays.
It will always find at least one with a PowerIndex© greater than '10'.
