Yes. In the proper order of things, and for the biggest 'bang for the buck', I would hope a PR regarding "Auditors Retained" would be first.

It would show the element of most concern.

Follow it up with the buyback would be showing "we mean what we say" and we prove it by putting our money where our mouth is.

Thirdly, a PR of some substantial revenue-producing contract would be the gipper that says, "you had fair warning".

In this order, and in a reasonably soon timeframe, .05 could be achieved without too much difficulty.
