It doesn't mean when a company has alot of money that it means they know everything about CDN, that is why companies buy other companies that have efficiencies in certain businesses like CDN. When a company is undervalued, why would u start a CDN from scratch when u could purchase an existing company that has a proven track record with patents and an infrastructure that is already up and running.
