The OTC is full of successful pump and dumps. Clearly CSGH is not one of them.
Clearly no one believes CSGH's numbers.
CSGH does NOT have a reputable auditor to certify those numbers.
CSGH does NOT care to appoint such an auditor.

Hence CSGH is in the toilet.
