This company like most other OTC companies does not give a crap about share holders. They don't care if you're a long or a short or a flipper or a bag holder. In the end they need to sell shares be it by straight out dilution or the famous convertible debt smoke screen.

When you continually have no revenues but put out PR's saying great things are coming you still need to pay the bills and that's where suckers, I mean share holders come in.

A long bag holder will always say they're buying more as the price goes down. At these levels they have no choice since they're down so much already. It's win win for the company.

AFPW is like any other sub penny stock. PR, dilute, repeat. Maybe a pop on some promotional campaign but don't think they're the next savior for the US AIr Force.
