Hey beadyeyes, JIT means simply that if they are selling 200 cases a week, they should have a receipt of 200cases coming in when the last case is shiping out .. hence Just in Time based on 1 week inventory. Dont think they will be ordering in 1 to 2 case lots. If an item has no volume, then it would probably be deleted, we are talking pallets HERE!.. JMO
