The company was promising as far back as early 2010 to hire an auditing firm to help put out legit financials and they not only never hired the firm, they have never put out one single audited document. What you get is incomplete, non-GAAP compliant junk, prepared in-house by a company with a colorful history of stretching the truth in order to drum up interest in the stock.
