Hi all !
Its time to do an update on Qbid.--->

* Everybody know that the o/s of Q was 7.5b before april 2004.
* Everybody know that Q have increase the o/s during the run to .028 in april 2004.( 2b shares at .015 average = 30 millions )
* In the Conference Call in October 2004, Frank gave us an o/s of 9.5b + 6b (restricted 5 years).
* But for kept her majority, Frank had issue 6b shares (no choice).

At his time, everybody thought at an o/s of 15.5b

Its the same figure than 29 August 2005 Pr....

And if you read in the same Pr :

< The share increase in 2004 was due to acquisitions, previously restricted shares coming due, and was prior to secured financing.
The shares bargained in 2004 were strictly utilized for growing Q Television .>

YOU HAVE READ 2004 NOT 2005. (no dilution in 2004)

Float : 3.7b
Frank : 10.3b
Restricted : 5.5b
Total : 19.5b

CONCLUSION:
* Q have a very BIG potentiel and anybody can deny this.
* Q will worth 3-5bilions in few years. Q worth 200millions now.
* Q have funds (with the 2004 dilution) for run the network. until 2008 and pay all aquisition cash...
* Q will be profitable in next years and will buyback restricted shares and Frank will lower her amount of shares (53%).

AND DONT FORGET:

* Q dont have dilute in 2005 ( After hour trading its not Q but mm's transfert)
* Q will go on another exchange soon.
* Q FLOAT is now only 3.7 billions.
* And THERE WILL BE NO REVERSE SPLIT as long as Triangle Multimedia (ticker:QBID) is owned
and operated by the current management team.

Can you say QBID is not a STRONG BUY...$$$
