Going rate $45/oz??

Would someone care to compare the Metallica deal valuation with the potential Alamos valuation? Appears that AAS should be valued at $45/oz?

Both Metallica and AAS are late exploration stage juniors with proven reserves with Mexico reserves... Metallica cash cost is $215, total cost of production $272. Believe that AAS total cost will be above this, but the portion of reserves that can be high graded is similar to this $272 total cost?

"Based on our assessment of CSP, the total consideration being paid is approximately US$22.6 million, or about US$45 per equivalent ounce of recoverable gold — a relatively fair and equitable purchase price."

What factors should be considered in raising or lowering this $45/oz price per ounce to AAS reserves?

All comments appreciated!
