Another year and this should have a positive balance sheet. 10Q wasn't all that bad and was a fairly big improvement YOY. Operating expenses are down, deficit is slowly going down and less than 30,000,000 shares were diluted prior to last year (around march 2011 to 2012)

I've had this on my radar for some time now, it'll be interesting to see where this'll sit next year around this time.
