Having led troops in combat, I can tell you first hand that a true test of mans character and virtue, are how he leads when the poop hits the fan, and bullets are flying in from every direction. The release of a poorly scrutinized ANNUAL FILING is not the end of the world, it can be fixed. But how Mr. Prakash chooses to react to this situation will speak volumes about how this company will move forward in the future with him at the helm. Lets give him the benefit of the doubt for now. As some have pointed out, we all make mistakes, let's give him the opportunity to make it right before we send out the lynch mob. I too, was (and still am to some degree) very angry when I first read the filing, but I am trying to calm down and find a way to help get this corrected. Most American men and women have substantial moral beliefs that when you do something wrong, the first part of overcoming is admitting or acknowledging your wrongs or shortcomings, and presenting a plan for correcting it. Having worked with many individuals from cross-cultures, I know that this is not the case in every culture. I can't profess to understand what the culture values of Mr. Prakash are, but I would like to point out that they just might be a bit different that what you or I are traditionally used to. Not right, Not wrong, Just possibly different. I choose to believe this is an Honest, but very bad mistake on Mr. Prakash's part, but it can be fixed, and this stock will someday be something that everyone talks about in a good way when they reflect on their visit to one of many hotels that we are installed in.
