This mess of a report with no financials, no admitted accountants or auditors just says, "Stick a fork in this bird. It is done!" Anyone buying this stock at this point AT ANY PRICE is merely giving their money away.

I really don't understand why you feel compelled to talk like this. Didn't you previously lead the crusade against bashing this company on this board? If you are choosing not to buy and/or trade TIVU anymore, well enough. But to make a statement like the above, especially the latter portion of it, just seems pointless. The fact is you don't know that a buy at .0003, or .0004, or anywhere else is the sort of waste you're indicating. You just don't know it. So why say it? Why not merely restrict negative sentiment to statements about your own actions? Are you going to sell? Fair enough.

I understand the frustration, but the fact remains that both this company, AND this stock, behave unpredictably. This stock has been known to run. What else is there to say but "I'm staying" or "I'm selling"? I don't see the propriety of statements about what it is, or is not, wise (i.e. for others) to do at this point.

I realize that, at the suggestion that this company behaves unpredictably, will say something to the effect of No, they're perfectly predictable in their failure to fulfill any of their promises or make any progress.

Many naysayers thought that audit last year would not get done. It got done.

Many naysayers said to stick a fork in TIVU right before Truckenmiller arrived. Then Truckenmiller arrived.

Many said the web site was just an empty promise, yet there it is now.

I'm as frustrated as you, but I do not understand your constant need to make these conclusive, curtain-closing statements.
