This memorandum is to publically notify any concerned parties that Muscle Pharm currently has product in the market that improperly bears the NSF Certified for Sport mark, when in fact these products have NOT been certified in the NSF Certified for Sport program.
The only Muscle Pharm products that are NSF Certified for Sport are:
Assault Blue Arctic Raspberry – Lot # 32012040
Assault Green Apple - Lot # 20012040
Assault Raspberry Lemonade – Lot # 31912040
Muscle Gel Shot Cinnamon Roll – All Lots
Muscle Gel Shot Key Lime – All Lots
Muscle Gel Shot Banana Cream – All Lots
Every commercial Muscle Pharm product is NOT certified NSF Certified for Sport.
NSF is currently working with Muscle Pharm to resolve the issue and correct the situation. If the corrective actions are not remedied, certification will be suspended from the company immediately, and certification later terminated in accordance with the program polices and the contract for certification.
All commercial Muscle Pharm products sold at retail stores or online are NOT NSF Certified for Sport.
The only way to obtain NSF Certified Muscle Pharm products mentioned above is to contact Muscle Pharm and order the products directly from them.
