Yes, because the only ones that will benefit from these PR's are those obviously willing to sell. Which is why I believe that after so many shares that have been given up for debt that those individuals are feeding off the PR's. Certainly isn't the retail buyer jumping in or the stock would be much higher.
Again, many have suggested that CBIS is printing machine for PR's as well as shares. There isn't anything to indicate that that isn't the case, until they produce something other than generic PR's.
Only thing that can happen here to back their "desires" is money.
Can't run a company on theories and aspirations. Not while you're depelting the coffers.
