I also CC'd Mr. Prakash just to keep him in the loop. For the record, i attempted to keep a proactive tone, but I hope you understand it was hard when i am as pissed as I am.

I am writing to you with much concern after reading TIVUS year-end financials that were uploaded to OTC Market website earlier this morning. Many of the company’s investors, myself included, have read the reports and attachments and have noted many errors that appear to be the result of lack of attention to detail. I am not sure where the responsibility lies, but between Mr. Prakash and yourself, I am hoping that this matter can be reconciled promptly, as soon as possible. Just a few of the things that appeared inconsistent throughout the report that I noticed include:
Item 9 (on pages 10 and 11 of the report) list the “nature of products or services” that is not consistent with “Business of Issuer” that is found on page 8 and 9. It appears to me that the “old” MaxWiFi, inc. nature of products and services was mistakenly used.
On page 11 the report states that “To date, the Company has completed 31 hotel installations and an additional 300 hotels are waiting to enter into 60-month service contracts. Negotiations are under way with an additional 1,500 hotels that have been targeted from the nation’s 85,000 hotels.” Which is completely different from Item 9 F. which states “Tivus currently has only two customers: • Westboy, LLC which owns the Doubletree Hotel & Executive Meeting Center in Omaha, Nebraska • Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. which operates a hotel in downtown Philadelphia”
On page 22, Item 21 “Issuer’s Certification” sentence #1 reads “I have reviewed this Annual Report for period ending December 31, 2011, of Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc.;” I am unaware of what Quasar Aerospace Industries is? Mr. Prakash is the President and CEO of TIVUS, inc.
Some of the other investors expressed concerns about the accuracy of the reported information in other areas, but I am not familiar enough with those areas to address them individually at this time. I only offer that since some errors seemed to have slipped through the cracks, it might be worth checking the other areas of this report as well.
I do understand that Mr. Prakash, by signing this report, authorized it. But it has mistakes that need to be rectified, and I hope that can be accomplished in a reasonable amount of time; with you and Mr. Prakash working together on this issue.
