I think the problem is how its perceived:

Someone comes and see: "They see 8 % dividend... nice. Let me see next. They pay a dividend but they dilute at ridiculous valuation on the other side at such a fast pace? Come on, either they have the money for divididend or they dont have the money and have to dilute. You cant be serious with this attitude to investors. They are from China? Ahh, I see."

And the interest ends with "next, please".
