Dr. Mallangi holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University and is a member of the prestigious Institute of Food Technologists. He is distinguished by over 35 years of experience in the development of dairy-based drinks, fruit and vegetable juices and a variety of innovative healthy-lifestyle products. For the past 25 years Mallangi managed the nutrition product development team at Nestle SA producing health care nutritional supplements and functional beverage lines including Carnation Instant Breakfast™ and the original Nestle Sweet Success™.
