and when will that be ? all talk and no action, why so long ....what will happen if the deal goes bust... and does not happen ? that could happen ya know...lol
I hear the company they are trying to buy " BTW that will be dillution to pay for it" is not generating any net profit and they will have to sink more money "dillution just to get it functional...
and They are buying a company thats almost Bankrupt ..GLTU !
