Once the selling ends, the best way out of this situation is for JR to release a PR about Q1 and then one about the buyback. Next, we need to watch what we post here and keep the posts factually positive, leaving out the accusations against one another so that visiting investors don't assume KMAG is a stinky pinky. Each one of us should use email, twitter, websites, Facebook, etc. to promote this stock as the gem it is. Yes, this is a pubic company, but JR has the controlling interest and therefore, we are just stockholders who can only make suggestions (nicely) being respectful of JR's time. Becoming demanding stockholders will only cause JR to lose patience with us and go dark.

Diligence learning all we can about the company, the business, and the competition and sharing that DD with one another will help us ask intelligent questions to IR and JR and will give us the wisdom to know the right answers when issues arise. Patience will be the key to projecting a calm, knowledgeable, and mature board that true investors will want to take the time to investigate further.
