Another way to look at this is that the major players don't want to be forced to produce only more expensive high efficiency bulbs. So the upside is that as costs come down over time and VPER is able to innovate in a less competitive environment, even gain brand awareness, VPER could establish itself the alternative green choice that represents savings over the IBC. If the other companies are forced to comply it could cut into market share and put strain on retail price points. Just a thought, I'm not sure that legislation passing would for sure be the best thing for VPER. Countries outside US will provide much room for growth. My forward looking statement is that my opinion may be hog wash.
