They would have run it up on news. Maybe they are just trying to get sheer volume. But diluting is just that and for a company that I THOUGHT was trying to get above current levels this is a little out of the ordinary. Speculation is all we got. Hope there is no r/s but at current levels it's almost inevitable with much more at all.
