tracker, you had asked me for proof that the revenue was being siphoned off through expenses... here you go, it was disclosed in the amendment:

"The Company leases [2500] square feet of office space at 5025 West Lemon Street, Tampa, Florida and space and resources from DigiQuest Technologies, Inc. in 5050 West Lemon Street, Tampa Florida. Both buildings and the Majority interest in DigiQuest Technologies, Inc. are owned by Thomas Bean, a significant shareholder and CEO of the Company."

No employees and you need 2500 square feet? Wonder how much that is costing the shareholders. Too bad they didn't disclose the other "expenses".
