I'll give you a clue. The CE and the DTC thingy (which wasn't Bob's fault) started the whole ball rolling. Otherwise, Bob would have been up-to-date with audited financials and the stock would have been trading for about $10 on the NYSE after a 100 or 200 to 1 reverse. He had it all planned the poor guy.....but those forces with ulterior motives was against him.
