The proof to me is the signed SEC filings Q and K filings and the last two recent Form 8 filings stating the resignation of Verges and the sale of the company to The Barclay Group. Any news will dictate which direction the company and stockholders go from here. But for me, I like the odds of something good happening at $.0001 but others may not. You may want to ask yourself why is NWMT still trading when the NV SOS filing was not updated?
