Your on the money . Once the pps is above .02 say .05-.10 range then they will dilute for the merger. They said they wanted to wait so they don't hurt us down here @ .01-.02 guys . I just know I read that on an email or on the website or maybe on a filing @ otcmarkets somewhere .
