I have been following and accumulating since the development and operations of the prototype. Thats 2000.
I also know that this industry is no pun intended "a dirty business".
A disruptive technology is not readily welcome.
This industry survives on subsidies...those that receive these subsidies will not give it up readily.
But, I would assume, with all the budget problems with national and state governments...there will be pressure to cut subsidies.
Therefore, they would be more open to technologies that do not rely on the subsidies.
The above is simple my opinion.
