I left that line out as it is a given.

My assets are frozen most of the year as I live in the bountiful Northwest. To me the trickiest part of all this will be how to handle the Graffiti fiasco.

As I have mentioned before I did not convert so the " dividend shares" were a gift ( for lack of better adjective).

I will be very interested to see if all the other pieces come together (come on Kale and Carrot juice ) what happens.

If you were the Mart , what would you do? for that matter what would any of other members of this esteemed board suggest... ain't an easy choice.
