I would argue the PPS is the true value. They have no revenues, lots of debt, have increased the O/S significantly, have been issuing fluff PR's and then dumping into the news and are paying the CEO 200k.

They have ONE contract. That's it. And there's no guarantee of a purchase.

So yes I'd say .0007 is overpriced.

Watch for .0001.
