IRISH.....PLEASE READ THIS...my point is.....the pr was a partial complete audit. The numbers could be as of december 04, therefore BEFORE frank converted his shares to preferred shares. You are speculating just like everyone else. You do not have any special knowledge of the share structure for QBID. NOBODY DOES.

ALSO....just because Frank PR'ed he was converting his shares to preferred doesn't mean he really did it. That is like saying there is going to be a buy back of shares. Doesn't mean that is going to happen either.

Bottom line is....you don't know diddly squat about the share count nor does anyone else. Frank is making sure of that.

nuff said.....just wait for the completed audit.
