I can neither support nor deny your post. I have not seen the banner. The reality is you nor I know the exact terms of Tiger's agreement with Fuse Science. I would assume, given his team that no lines were crossed with this banner ad that I have personally not seen.

Have you seen it? Clicked on it?

He just had a great victory, Fuse is on the verge of launching Nationally EnerJel with two brand new Drop products shortly thereafter.

I cannot say the ad is mis-leading without personally seeing it and knowing the scope of Tiger's contract. Can you?

I am not willing to overlook a misdeed if one occurred believe it or not. No matter the company, it's how I am wired. I would close my position and move on, period.

To accuse me of that given our time is something I feel uneasy about at the moment. I will get over it, but I have given you no reason to make that kind of call.
