If you have less than 300 shareholders you can file form 15 and go private. This has not happened yet so it leaves one to wonder. There are several market makers still representing the stock so it remains active. IMO I do not think the trades we see are between investors but the market makers helping each other out to balance the wheat from the chaff in their own accounts. IMO I do not think there is anything left from the past but as Janice Shell might tell you it is all a waiting game. IMO if you are waiting on pouncing on the new owner and staking an old claim you are barking up the wrong tree. IMO if you have a claim release it and see what happens. The original owners are gone and if you have shares their value will only be determined by the new owners and no old claim will ever be fulfilled. JMO
