It depends on what kind of news. If you have been doing this a long time, you should have recognized this pattern and reaction by now. If the news is not what is expected, or if a launch date will come later than expected, then the price will go down. If the news exceeds expectations or comes out of nowhere, as with DUTV's merger with Torq, then you can expect a huge surge as we saw. The first and third PRs recently released were both unexpected and significant in their differing ways. The Vizzage updates are not effective because it is hard to connect them with anything tangible, so they possibly create confusion and skepticism.

Any update on merger details, securing that 16 million a year revenue, is very solid. Any details about retiring shares, or updating financials is solid. An update in the company's website, or creation of a website like vizzage.com or an app or anything demonstrating how this project is going to work, is also solid. This is the kind of news that will move the pps, up high first, settling at a higher low.
