If ******** is the same person promoting his new website on my space then its clear that he is trying to compete with icPlaces.com. On Nov 25th he bought www.iseeplaces.com. This was at the same time that he wrote somebody should build that site and compete with the real company. He also made his move public on Myspace. A copy of the post is below.

Now I am very sure that if IC Places decides to sue based on trademark infringement they will certainly win damages as well as attorney fees because the name is similar in sound and according to the poster he is building it to compete with them directly. This is a clear trademark violation. This is why a company can't call itself Koca Kola and sell brown caffeinated beverages.


The rest I kept off! Purposely caused of the guy real name and link, the link got me go daddy .com. trying to get me to buy or build a website! LoL!

Check on internet, no iseeplaces.com anymore!
