Thats the same answer I have gotten from them on 3 other symbol and name changes I have been thru with Etrade... but the other 3 took on average less then 3 weeks to complete...

Its all on when the company informs the TA to release the new certs with the new CUSIP number on them... and no matter what anyone tells you, companys can release as soon as FINRA ok's the change... but what many do is request a NOBO list, see where they are with current shareholders and current OS numbers and then if its called for they will hold up the certs so as to possibly start a squeeze play... MM who are short know that at some point prior to the new certs rplacing the old ones they will need to cover any short...with out certs to exchange they are screwed... so my guess is that is what is happening here... only time will tell..
