Bob didn't have the permit when he was telling everyone he did - he got it about 2 weeks later per the date on the cert. Look back at the threads from early January. Just another reason why I don't believe much of what he says.

Sorry that I failed to point that out at the time, I didn't want to get the 'see, he DOES have it and you are just trying to knock it' response.
