Based on past PR's, if you have faith in them, as I, then we know the official merger news is coming and follow up PR's based in the information in the Q that was recently released...

Why do people always want to know if someone has "informaition" like it was given to them personally by the CEO when they post they feel news is coming.... its just following up on the DD thats out there Andy that gives one the impression that its time to buy now or wish you had... IMO
