MACD golden cross is looming...
as I see from the stockchart.com, ICPA now face the breakout time, the MACD golden cross is looming, MACD (12,26, 9)(0.0024,,0.0030, -0.0006), and MACD blue column is about to turn from negative(-0.0006) to turn positive, and besides, Bollinger Band is getting narrower, as soon as we breakout the resistance of 3.9 of upper band of 0.0394 cnts, together with the MACD golden cross will send us to new high, Just IMHO though...

Just be patient, and buy on anydips,,,,and hold tight..
