Johnson Controls/Trillacorpe Mentor-Protege Program

Johnson Controls International (JCI) is Trillacorpe's current Mentor-Protege partner. This government-sponsored partner program should be very lucrative for Trillacorpe imo and will not expire until February 2014.

I expect the JCI/Trillacorpe Mentor program to result in several large contracts for Trillacorpe over the next 3-6 months...based on the success Trillacorpe experienced with its previous Mentor (Lasalle General Contractors)....which resulted in $50 mil of orders for Trillacorpe.

The mentoring activities that the LaSalle General Contractors (LaSalle) has undertaken on behalf of Trillacorpe Construction (TC) has brought TC from the status of a very small disadvantaged business (end of FY08) to a $50 Million per year construction contractor.

Now, we learn (by way of Larry Goss last night) that Trillacorpe is bidding on a $100 mil contract on June 5 (tomorrow).

For example, we've teamed with a large $1B GC to submit a bid this Tuesday, 6/5 for the new VA Health Care Center in Fayetteville, N.C. That construction contract is approximately $100 Million and involves a 20 year lease of a build to suit facility to the VA.
