You could have left your questions at "I wonder if?"

For what it's worth....... probably less than .0002% chance.....it's listed on Bloomberg as 6/5. The date has changed several times and there is no 'requirement' compelling UNGS to follow through on anything they tell anyone. Neither financial nor moral.
