Could be that the whales are "hedging" their positions. Even at $1.00/sh they will make a nice short term gain of 20% on their gamble. Just as $1.00 was the past target price due to the funding @ $1.00, .80 is the new "target". I have a feeling it will reach the new target fairly quickly as JBII transforms from "startup" to "endup".....
